From copper sheeting to cuff....part 3

I am slowly getting there.

Shortened the cuff down to 25,5 cm, cut the corners again and another 4 rounds of filing.
A quick dip into the pickle, scrub with a brass brush and an half an hour tumble in
my polisher.

Now that it was clean, I could give it a nice liver of sulpher bath.

Afterwards a good scrub with some fine steel wool (please don't look at my finger nails
now, ladies :(  )

It looks okay, doesn't it. I checked it on my arm and it does stay up.

Now it will need a three hour tumble in my polish tumbler et voilá.

I am looking forward to comparing the last pic with the new one.
